2. When and how can I change my order information?
If you find any errors in your shipping information or purchased items, please contact us within 24 hours by emailing “pdabf87226@outlook.com”. Please check the order confirmation email you received immediately after placing your order to verify all information.
3. When will I receive my tracking number?
As an international company with warehouses located worldwide, we offer international shipping services. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you that has the item in stock.
Warehouse inventory checking and packaging processes take approximately 2–5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days of completing your payment, please contact our customer service email.
Order processing may be delayed if we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, or incorrect address information provided by you.
4. When will I receive my order?
Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase Date + 3–5 business days (processing time) + Estimated Shipping Time (see table below)

You can expect to receive your order on or before the estimated delivery date.
There may be a delay in logistics tracking updates between the time the package leaves our warehouse and when it is scanned and processed by the US Postal Service (USPS). This tracking gap normally lasts 2 to 7 days.
5. Customs Duties and Taxes
The prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and do not include import taxes. This means you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order.
Upon arrival at its final destination, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and related customs clearance fees. The exact amount is fully determined by your local customs department. Payment of all these fees and taxes is your sole responsibility, and our store will not cover any customs charges. We are also not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspection in your country. For detailed tax rate inquiries, please contact your local customs office directly.
6. Address Error Disclaimer
Buyers are fully responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping addresses. Due to fixed warehouse and logistics workflows, we cannot guarantee successful address modification requests after order placement. Please double-check your address before submitting payment.
We will not take responsibility for package delivery failures, loss or return costs resulting from incorrect addresses filled in by the buyer.
If either of the following situations happens after the package arrives in your country/region:
- The customer actively refuses to accept the delivery package
- Multiple local delivery attempts end in failure
We reserve the right to discard the returned package without issuing any refund to you.
